Recent Developments

DKNG and National Football league on April 16, 2021, announced that DraftKings will become an Official Sports Betting Partner of the League, and its present affiliation as the exclusive Official Daily Fantasy Partner will be extended. DraftKings would have the ability to incorporate related sports betting material directly into NFL Media properties such as NFL.com and the NFL App as an Official Sports Betting Partner of the NFL. DKNG will use the NFL’s official data feed as part of the deal. DKNG will now be able to include NFL highlights, video, and Next Gen States material to their fans.

In addition to being an Official Sports Betting Partner of the NFL, DraftKings will renew its exclusive partnership as the NFL’s Official Daily Fantasy Partner, giving it exclusive access to endorse daily fantasy sports competitions using NFL trademarks. The League and DraftKings will continue to work on a range of content and merchandise products for users to enjoy on the DraftKings Sportsbook and Daily Fantasy Sports applications. Integrations around NFL Media assets, including a continuing dominant presence within the NFL RedZone channel, are also part of the agreement.

DraftKings will continue to consider new opportunities to promote the Foundation’s programs in the future as part of its continuing corporate social responsibility activities.
